I think they should ask for more in dept information on the topic depending on the information giving they should let him finish the fence. i feel that he has already started, and has almost half of the work done. Eeven if they had their own agenda while building it he is going to be out of office very shortly. So it should be used for its correct purpose.
In my opionion i also feel that the money is not actually going to waste so always theres a strong firm reason or a better place for the money to go. I dont see why they shouldnt aloo the Bush admistration to finish this fence.
