I think this myth is saying that creativity come from creative people and it runs stronger in people who have a broad imagination. Money is a creativity motivator. I think this myth is saying that when people have an incentive like money or something they really want the creativity will also flow much easier. I think this myth is saying that when someone feels something on the inside it pushes or encoureges them to put there best into what they are doing. Compitetion beats collaboratio. I think this myth is tryying to say that when u are competeting you do not share your information with other which would inturn prevent the work from being as good as it would be if each personj shared their info to make the project on big succesful one. Streamline organization is creative organization. I think this myth is trying to say that when you down size the company it prohibits the workers from doing there best because all they can think about is if they are next.

How did Teresa Amabile , the Havard business School professor who studies creativity in the work place, design her research? I think she designed her reasearch on creativity by splitting it up into six diffrent parts. what kind of information was she looking for? I think she was looking information on what makes people creative and what prevents them from being creative. What seems especially surprising or interesting about her approach to research? I feel the the way she approach creativity was the most interesting about her research.
